CCCC Issues Reminder on Transition to Fully Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
04/29

China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC) reiterated the shift to an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications, covering directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of these documents will be available on its website (www.ccccltd.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies.

CCCC advised non-registered shareholders—whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of materials in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to ccc.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name and postal address.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
