On August 11, 2026, EPRINT GROUP (01884) announced that its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Boat Taiyi, entered into a loan agreement with the borrower and the guarantor.

Under the terms of the agreement, Boat Taiyi agreed to grant a loan of HK$5 million with a 12-month term. Boat Taiyi primarily engages in providing yacht financing in Hong Kong under the Money Lenders Ordinance.

Boat Taiyi, acting as the lender for this loan, is an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of EPRINT GROUP.
