CM BANK (03968) has announced that the board of directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Li Chaoxian, an independent non-executive director of the company. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Li has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director, as well as his roles as chairman of the Board's Connected Transactions Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. His resignation will take effect on April 28, 2026.
