Swang Chai Chuan Limited (2321) has announced the resignation of Mr. Yeung Kwong Wai from his roles as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under the Listing Rules, and authorised representative for service of process in Hong Kong, effective 20 November 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Yeung’s departure is due to other commitments, and there is no disagreement with the board nor any matters that warrant attention from shareholders or the Stock Exchange. The board has extended its gratitude for Mr. Yeung’s contributions.

Mr. Yeung will be succeeded by Mr. Lau Wai Piu Patrick, whose appointment as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent also takes effect on 20 November 2025. Mr. Lau is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and he brings extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, and company secretarial matters. The board has extended a welcome to Mr. Lau in his new roles.
