BAOJI Pharmaceuticals-B (HKEX: 02659) has announced a change in its company secretarial and authorized representative roles. Due to other work commitments, Ms. Fong Hei Lam has tendered her resignation from several key positions. Her resignations, effective July 8, 2026, cover her roles as the joint company secretary of the company, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the legal process agent responsible for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

Ms. Li Cui will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary. Following Ms. Fong's departure, Mr. Tsang Chun Ho has been appointed as the new joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, with his appointment also taking effect from July 8, 2026.

Consequently, following Mr. Tsang's appointment, the company's authorized representatives are now Dr. Liu Yan Jun and Mr. Tsang Chun Ho.
