VENUS MEDTECH-B (02500) issued its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026, confirming no change to its total number of issued shares. Authorized or registered share capital remains at 441.01 million shares of RMB1 par value, comprising 441.01 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 1,208 unlisted foreign shares.

The number of H shares in issue stayed at 441.01 million. No new share issuances were recorded, and there were no additions or disposals of treasury shares. A total of 3.11 million H shares repurchased in December 2021 remain uncancelled as of 28 February 2026.

The share option scheme carried 44.10 million shares available for future issuance at month-end, with no new shares issued under the scheme in February 2026. The public float requirement of 25% for H shares continues to be met.
