RH Petrogas hires AiRTS to build AI-powered procurement oversight system

RH Petrogas Limited (T13) said on Mar, 11 2026 that it has engaged AiRTS Pte. Ltd. to design and build an artificial-intelligence system to enhance governance oversight of the group’s procurement operations.

The platform will employ AiRTS’s patented GenAI Twin technology, generative AI and machine learning to provide continuous monitoring and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement controls.

The initiative forms part of RH Petrogas’s broader efforts to strengthen governance after an independent review prompted by whistleblowing allegations, with findings released on Jan, 27 2026 and Feb, 26 2026.

The company said it will issue further announcements when there are material developments.
