On 12 June 2026, Strong Petrochemical Holdings Limited (STRONG PETRO) issued a notification to non-registered shareholders confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2024 Annual Report have been uploaded to the company website (www.strongpetrochem.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company “strongly recommends” stakeholders access the electronic version, in line with Hong Kong’s amended Listing Rules that promote paperless corporate communications. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties with online access—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the firm’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, via prepaid mail or email (is-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders choosing to receive future communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). Until such an address is supplied, notices of publication will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.
