CN ANCHU ENERGY (02399) announced that on January 26, 2026, the company intends to acquire a 100% equity interest in Wuzhong Ruichu Technology Co., Ltd. from Ningxia Jinxin Shenghui Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for a consideration of RMB 64 million, which may be subject to downward adjustment. The target company is primarily engaged in the operation of an electrochemical energy storage power station project located in Tongxin County, under the jurisdiction of Wuzhong City in the central part of China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This project comprises 20 modular energy storage units and 540 energy modules with a capacity of 186 kW/372 kWh each, utilizing lithium-ion battery technology to achieve efficient charge and discharge cycles, thereby enabling flexible energy storage and release. The total installed capacity of the power station reaches approximately 100 MW/200 MWh, positioning it as a large-scale utility-grade energy storage facility capable of supporting regional grid stability and the integration of renewable energy sources. As a large-scale utility-grade energy storage facility, the project can support regional grid stability and renewable energy integration, and is expected to generate stable revenue by providing peak shaving, load shifting, frequency regulation, and ancillary services to the State Grid. Given the target company's stable operations and its ability to generate cash flow, the acquisition aligns with the Group's strategic objective of diversifying revenue sources, is anticipated to bring stable income and operational cash flow, and will promote sustainable long-term growth while maximizing shareholder value.
