COMPUTER & TECH (00046) has issued an announcement forecasting that the Group will record a profit of not more than HK$20 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a profit of HK$28.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. While the Group's overall financial, business, and operational conditions remain robust, the anticipated decrease in profit is primarily attributed to a downward revaluation of an industrial property in Hong Kong, resulting in a fair value decrease of approximately HK$13 million (2024: HK$5 million) for an investment property; and an additional tax provision of approximately HK$11 million (2024: HK$4.1 million) arising from applications for additional deductions on certain research and development expenditures from prior years.
