China Beidahuang Industry Group Holdings Limited (00039) announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for 15 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in Hong Kong. The EGM will formally consider and vote on proposed ordinary resolutions previously outlined in requisitions issued on 6 October 2025 and 19 November 2025. Certain resolutions originally proposed have been withdrawn according to a notice from the second group of requisitionists dated 19 November 2025.

The company’s register of members will be closed from 10 December 2025 to 15 December 2025 (inclusive) for determining Shareholders’ eligibility to attend and vote at the EGM. Share transfers must be lodged with the company’s branch share registrar by 9 December 2025.

A circular containing details of the requisitions, information on the proposed director candidates, and the EGM notice is scheduled for dispatch on 28 November 2025. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 1 September 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice.
