On 22 April 2026, Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Limited announced the release of its latest Circular together with the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.xysgroup.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed documents by mail. Those wishing to switch to printed versions, or who are unable to access electronic copies, may submit the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email (1748-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

The company reminds registered shareholders to maintain a functional email address to ensure timely receipt of future electronic notifications and actionable corporate communications. Until a valid address is supplied, notifications and actionable documents will continue to be sent in paper form.
