The agreement establishes a collaboration to develop the Thailand and Southeast Asia markets, primarily involving the application of integrated hydrogen power generation systems in data centers and related electricity procurement. Under the terms, CEWA will be responsible for exploring and identifying potential data center projects in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Hydro Data will provide customized technical solutions for these identified projects, and GUOFUHEE will supply the relevant power generation equipment. The parties also agreed to collaborate on a pilot demonstration project located in Rayong, Thailand, with a design IT load capacity of 3MW. This pilot forms part of a larger integrated energy system with a total capacity of 100MW within CEWA's data center investment project in Rayong. This agreement represents a significant breakthrough for the company in the power supply business for data center projects in Thailand. By providing core power supply equipment for data center projects, GUOFUHEE has become a market participant in overseas data center power supply operations and achieved a key milestone in its international data center business.
