DEEPEXI TECH has entered into an investment promotion and cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Yueyang Lingang High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

The agreement establishes a strategic partnership centered on the "Yuesheng Industrial AI Platform Project."

The collaboration aims to leverage the industrial base, port logistics, park operations, and government-enterprise coordination scenarios of the Yueyang Lingang High-tech Zone.

The focus will be on implementing the company's enterprise large language models, enterprise intelligent agents, and AI-level enterprise operating systems, along with related solutions, for practical application and service cooperation.

As part of the initiative, DEEPEXI TECH's Yueyang Regional Operation Service Center is expected to invest approximately RMB 200 million.

The investment is intended to build and operate a regional industrial AI service platform based on local industrial resources.

Key development areas will include a data fusion intelligent base, a large model training platform, a model service platform, an intelligent agent platform, an industrial intelligence platform, and an innovation center.

These capabilities are designed to support enterprise access, industry-specific model development, and AI application deployment.

Specific details regarding the cooperation content, implementation plans, cost arrangements, and delivery standards will be outlined in subsequent specialized agreements, project contracts, service contracts, or other legal documents to be signed by the involved parties based on the actual progress of the collaboration.
