On 10 August 2026, Kangqiao Service Group Limited disclosed a quarterly update addressing the unresolved disclaimer of opinion issued by Crowe (HK) CPA Limited on the Group’s 2025 financial statements.

The auditor’s disclaimer was primarily linked to going-concern uncertainties arising from an ongoing legal dispute involving a wholly owned subsidiary. The subsidiary has applied to the Supreme People’s Court of the PRC for a retrial of the Second Civil Judgment. As of the announcement date, the retrial application is still pending, leaving the potential reimbursement or indemnity amount from Mr. Song undetermined.

Management confirmed that, apart from the pending court decision, no material changes have occurred in the Group’s cash-flow position, the Board’s assessment, or the Audit Committee’s views since publication of the 2025 Annual Report.

Kangqiao Service stated that further quarterly updates will be released and separate announcements will be made upon any significant developments. The company advised shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when trading its securities.
