Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited has disclosed that Mr. Ma Jianfeng will step down as Vice President and Joint Company Secretary effective 1 July 2026 to focus on personal commitments.

The company confirmed: • Mr. Ma’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements between him and the Board. • No matters related to the resignation require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Post-resignation, Ms. Wong Pui Ling—already a Joint Company Secretary and compliant with Listing Rule 3.28—will continue as the sole Company Secretary.

The Board, chaired by Executive Director Mr. Wang Tan Jiong, expressed gratitude for Mr. Ma’s contributions during his tenure.
