Samsonite Group S.A. (the “Company”) has announced that Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Treasurer, Mr. Reza Taleghani, will step down for a role at another company. He plans to remain with the Company through January 2026 to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.

Mr. Taleghani, who joined in 2018, played a key role in guiding the Company through periods of macroeconomic uncertainty and positioned the business for long-term growth. His decision to depart does not involve any disagreement with the Company’s independent auditor, Board, or management on accounting principles, financial disclosures, or internal controls.

A search process will be initiated to identify a new CFO, and the Company will share further information once an appointment is confirmed.
