SINCEREWATCH HK (00444) announced that, effective February 4, 2026, Mr. Kang Shilong will transition from his role as an Independent Non-executive Director to an Executive Director.

Concurrently, Mr. Zhou Zhihui will be appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, also effective from February 4, 2026.

Following Mr. Kang's aforementioned change in role, he will resign from his positions as a member and the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
