New Times Corp announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, related circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on both the company’s website (www.newtimes-corp.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital documents (the “Website Version”). Those who experience difficulty in receiving email notifications or accessing the online files—and who prefer hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications—can complete and sign the accompanying Request Form. The form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 166-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

Shareholders holding their shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other nominees (“Intermediaries”) and wishing to receive corporate communications electronically must supply a valid email address to their Intermediaries. Until a functional email address is provided, such investors will continue to receive only hard-copy notifications of online publication.
