BOYAA has announced the appointment of Ms. Yin Chunyan as an executive director, effective from June 18, 2026.

Ms. Tao Ying, the company's current executive director, acting chief executive officer, and joint company secretary, will step down from her role as executive director upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting on June 18, 2026, as she wishes to focus on the management of corporate affairs.

Ms. Tao will continue to serve in her capacities as the acting chief executive officer and joint company secretary of the company.

Following her departure from the executive director position on June 18, 2026, Ms. Tao will also cease to be a member of the company's nomination committee.

Ms. Yin has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
