The letter stated that the Listing Committee had resolved to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules (the "Decision"). The reason cited was the company's failure to fully comply with the resumption conditions and resume trading on the Exchange by October 1, 2025.

Under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company has the right to request a review of the Decision by the Listing Review Committee within seven business days from the date of the Decision. If the company chooses not to apply for a review, the last trading day for its shares will be November 14, 2025, and the listing status will be canceled effective 9:00 a.m. on November 17, 2025.

The company is currently evaluating the Decision and consulting with its professional advisors on whether to submit a request for a review by the Listing Review Committee. Trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
