SG GROUP HOLDINGS (01657) has announced the appointment of Capstone Capital Limited as its independent financial advisor.

The firm, which is licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity, will provide advice to the independent board committee and independent shareholders concerning the offer.

This appointment has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
