Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind International"), has entered into a warranty, operation, and maintenance agreement with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd, under which Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Australia") will provide warranty, operation, and maintenance services for wind turbines. Additionally, Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. signed a parent company guarantee agreement with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd to secure the performance responsibilities and obligations of Goldwind Australia under the aforementioned agreement, with a guarantee amounting to AUD 13.346 million (approximately RMB 61.7079 million). The guarantee period will commence from the date of signing the parent company guarantee agreement and will last until six months after the final defect liability period under the warranty, operation, and maintenance agreement expires (estimated from October 20, 2025, to September 20, 2043).
