China Sandi (00910) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its board composition, effective from October 9, 2026.

According to the announcement, Ms. Yu Huaxiu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and has ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.

Meanwhile, Mr. He Yongshen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
