On 5 February 2026, HKC International Holdings Limited (stock code: 00248) confirmed the completion of a share consolidation on the basis of eight shares of HK$0.01 each into one share of HK$0.08 each. Prior to the consolidation, the total number of issued shares stood at 1,245,331,256. Following the adjustment, the issued share count is now 155,666,407, representing a reduction of approximately 87.5%.
