FEIYU (01022) has announced a positive profit forecast for the group. It is expected that for the year ending December 31, 2025, the company may achieve an after-tax net profit in the range of approximately RMB 80 million to RMB 120 million. This represents a significant turnaround compared to the after-tax net loss of about RMB 46.1 million reported for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The anticipated shift to an after-tax net profit is primarily attributed to two key factors. Firstly, a substantial increase in revenue, largely driven by the HTML5 game "One Step Two Steps." Launched in the second half of 2024, the game entered its monetization cycle in 2025, yielding considerable returns from its initial release and ongoing operations. Secondly, the investment loss recognized from the group's investment in a non-listed limited partnership is expected to decrease significantly. The loss is projected to fall to between approximately RMB 6 million and RMB 9 million for the 2025 fiscal year, down from about RMB 17.4 million in the 2024 fiscal year. This reduction is mainly due to changes in the fair value of several investments held by the partnership, which primarily invests in the fields of intelligent systems, automated systems, and information technology.
