On Feb, 26 2026, UOL Group Limited (U14) reported that revenue for the 12 months ended Dec, 31 2025 rose 16% year on year to 3.23 billion Singapore dollars, driven mainly by higher contributions from its property development and hotel businesses.
Operating profit after tax and minority interests before fair-value adjustments increased 49% to 468.7 million Singapore dollars, while total profit after tax and minority interests climbed 34% to 481.7 million Singapore dollars.
Shareholders’ funds expanded to 11.78 billion Singapore dollars, lifting net tangible asset backing to 13.88 Singapore dollars per share. Net gearing improved to 0.20 times from 0.23 times a year earlier.
The board proposed a first and final dividend of 18.0 cents and a special dividend of 7.0 cents per share, raising the total payout to 25.0 cents per share, up 39% from the previous year.
By segment, property development contributed 1.51 billion Singapore dollars, or 47% of group revenue, followed by hotel operations at 816 million Singapore dollars and property investments at 629 million Singapore dollars.
