Goldstream Investment buys back 37,000 shares at HK$4.07 average; treasury stock lifted to 1.39 million

Goldstream Investment Limited (Goldstream) disclosed that it repurchased 37,000 ordinary shares on 16 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buy-back was executed within a price range of HK$3.95 to HK$4.18 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$4.0654 and a total outlay of approximately HK$0.15 million.

Post-transaction, Goldstream’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 255.74 million shares, down 0.01% from 255.78 million. Treasury shares outstanding increased to 1.39 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 257.14 million.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 3 June 2026, which authorises buy-backs of up to 25.63 million shares. To date, including the latest transaction, Goldstream has repurchased 548,000 shares, representing 0.21% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
