VTech Holdings (VTech) has announced a final ordinary dividend of USD 0.36 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on 23 July 2026.

The dividend will be paid in U.S. dollars, while shareholders with registered Hong Kong addresses will receive the equivalent amount in Hong Kong dollars, converted at the HSBC middle rate on 27 July 2026.
