On August 29th, Bank of China held its 2025 interim results announcement meeting. The bank's Vice Chairman and President Zhang Hui stated that since the beginning of this year, Bank of China has earnestly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, solidly advancing various operational and management work while serving high-quality economic and social development, achieving favorable results.

Regarding dividend distribution, Zhang Hui indicated that the bank efficiently completed both the 2024 interim and final dividends, with total dividend payments of 71.36 billion yuan. At the board meeting held this morning, the board recommended distributing an interim dividend of 1.094 yuan per 10 shares for 2025, with total dividend amount reaching 35.25 billion yuan. The payout ratio continues to maintain at a high level of 30%.
