Mynt, Inc. filed a registration statement with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a listing application with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Jun, 27 2026 for its proposed initial public offering (IPO).

The submissions are still subject to SEC and PSE acceptance. Globe Telecom, Inc. noted that additional information on the IPO will be disclosed once available.
