CommScope shares surged 22.1% in overnight trading. Connecticut-based Amphenol is nearing a deal to buy communication network infrastructure provider CommScope Holding's connectivity and cable unit, in a deal valued at roughly $10 billion including debt, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Blade shares jumped 15.6% in overnight trading. Joby Aviation Inc is exploring an acquisition of helicopter ride-share operator Blade Air Mobility, according to people familiar with the matter.

Opendoor shares jumped 8.6% in overnight trading. Opendoor said on Friday that it has received written notice from Nasdaq that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement.

Figma shares pulled back 4.8% in overnight trading. The design software vendor popped more than 5% on Friday, a day after the stock more than tripled in its New York Stock Exchange debut. 

US-listed shares of NIO dropped 3% in overnight trading.
