Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (DAJIN) expanded its Hong Kong-listed H-share base during July 2026 through a partial exercise of the over-allotment option linked to its recent listing.

Key developments for the month ended 31 July 2026:

1. Incremental H-share issuance • On 7 July 2026, 2.33 million new H-shares were allotted under the greenshoe, increasing the H-share register by 2.33 % to 102.34 million shares. • No treasury shares were created or cancelled; the company continues to hold zero treasury stock.

2. Updated capital structure • H-shares: 102.34 million outstanding, all admitted for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. • A-shares (Shenzhen listing): 637.75 million outstanding, unchanged during the month. • Combined issued share capital now totals 740.09 million shares, implying the new H-share issuance raised DAJIN’s overall share count by 0.31 %.

3. Public-float compliance • DAJIN confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 5 % public-float requirement for PRC issuers. No public-float shortfall was reported.

4. Absence of dilutive instruments • The company has no outstanding share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked securities that could further expand its share base.

Implications The modest increase in H-share supply enhances market liquidity while causing minimal dilution (circa 0.31 % of total shares). With over 86 % of the company’s equity remaining in Shenzhen-listed A-shares, the Hong Kong tranche continues to represent a limited but gradually expanding portion of DAJIN’s overall capital base.
