TONGGUAN GOLD (00340) announced that Ms. Feng Fangqing, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee, effective from December 19, 2025. Following this change, the Nomination Committee will consist of three independent non-executive directors and two executive directors, namely Mr. Zhu Gengnan (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Mr. Liang Xushu, Mr. Liang Jiahe, Mr. Jiang Zhiyong, and Ms. Feng.
