Shimao Group Holdings Limited disclosed that Executive Director Xie Kun will step down on 5 June 2026 to devote more time to personal commitments and family. According to the company, Xie Kun has no disagreement with the Board, and no matters require shareholder attention in relation to the resignation.

After Xie Kun’s departure, the Board will consist of: • Executive Directors: Hui Sai Tan, Jason (Chairman and President) and Zhao Jun • Non-executive Directors: Hui Mei Mei, Carol and Shao Liang • Independent Non-executive Directors: Lyu Hong Bing, Lam Ching Kam and Fung Tze Wa

The Board expressed sincere gratitude to Xie Kun for his dedicated service and valuable contributions during his tenure.
