MICROWARE (01985) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The company recorded revenue of HK$659 million, a decrease of 8.59% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was HK$2.432 million, down 80.03% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.01.

The decline in total revenue was primarily due to reduced income from the IT infrastructure solutions services segment, which generated approximately HK$591 million during the period, down by HK$58 million or 8.9% from HK$649 million in the previous corresponding period.
