Subject to countersignature by Wah King Investment Limited (landlord), the landlord granted Ka Wai a renewed lease for the property, with a two-year term commencing from February 22, 2026, to February 21, 2028.

The property in question is a lower-ground-floor retail unit in the commercial development at 26 Kimberley Road and 55 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is currently used to operate a Japanese ramen restaurant under the brand "Bari-Uma Ramen."

The group has been operating the franchised Japanese ramen restaurant under the "Bari-Uma Ramen" brand at this location since 2016, with generally satisfactory performance. The company plans to continue operating the restaurant. The lease renewal will allow the group to maintain operations at the property and avoid relocation costs.

Currently, the company operates a total of four "Bari-Uma Ramen" restaurants in Hong Kong. The board believes that continuing operations at this property will contribute stable revenue to the group.
