According to reports, the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference recently held its 65th chairperson meeting of the 15th session. During the meeting, a decision was reviewed and passed to revoke Luo Shenghong's membership qualification as a member of the 15th Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPPCC. This decision will be submitted to the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 15th Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPPCC for subsequent confirmation.

Earlier, Luo Shenghong had already been removed from his position as Deputy Director of the Population, Resources, Environment, and Urban Construction Committee of the 15th Tianjin Municipal Committee of the CPPCC. Public records indicate that Luo Shenghong, male, previously held positions including General Manager, Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
