Effective 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name has been updated from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name has been amended from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The change concerns only the auditor’s name; no alterations to audit responsibilities, scope of work, or engagement terms were disclosed. The Board of Directors, comprising Executive Directors Lin Junwei, Yeung Tong Seng Terry and Li Tingting, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Fung Tze Wa and Hui Ka Lung, confirmed the effective date and noted that all existing audit engagements remain in force under the new firm name.
