Global Chinese Business Club Publishes AGM Circular and Urges Shift to Electronic Communications

Global Chinese Business Club (formerly Affluent Foundation Holdings Limited) released its latest set of corporate documents on 24 August 2026. The circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.hcho.com.hk) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Executive Director Zhou Zhenlin, recommends shareholders review the web-based versions to expedite access and reduce printing costs. Registered holders who previously elected to receive hard copies will receive printed documents enclosed with the notification.

Key operational points include:

1. Communication Options • Shareholders may continue using electronic delivery by providing or confirming a valid email address. • Those preferring physical copies must complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, via the prepaid mailing label or by email (1757-ecom@vistra.com).

2. Email Registration Requirement • Maintaining an active email on record is the shareholder’s responsibility. Absent a functional address, the company will revert to sending printed notices until an updated email is supplied.

3. Support Channel • Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (HKT), excluding public holidays.

The notification underscores the company’s broader transition toward digital investor relations, aiming to streamline communication efficiency while controlling administrative expenses.
