Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 02521) announced that, effective 17 March 2026, its Investment Committee will undergo the following changes:

• Mr. Wei Dongjin, currently Co-chairman of the Board and an executive director, has been appointed Chairman of the Investment Committee. • Dr. Wang Hui, an independent non-executive director, has been re-designated from Chairman to member of the Investment Committee.

The Board now consists of four executive directors—Mr. Li Chenghua (Co-chairman and CEO), Mr. Wei Dongjin (Co-chairman), Mr. Chen Liming, and Mr. Dong Jiangang—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Cheung Bo Man, Ms. Yau Yin Hung, and Dr. Wang Hui.
