The board of SERES (HKEX: 09927) has announced a new appointment following a special general meeting.

Shareholders approved the formal election of Mr. Gao Zhenghao as a non-executive director for the company's sixth board of directors.

His appointment is effective from June 25, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the current board's term.

In addition to this role, Mr. Gao has also been appointed as a member of the Strategic Decision-Making Committee.
