For the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, the group's cumulative total contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 8.208 billion.

The total contracted sales area for the same period reached approximately 667,900 square meters.

This resulted in an average selling price of RMB 12,289 per square meter for the first half of 2026.

Looking at the month of June 2026 in isolation, the group achieved contracted sales of about RMB 1.257 billion.

The contracted sales area for June was approximately 101,400 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 12,399 per square meter for the month.
