GOLDLION HOLD (00533) has announced that Mr. Wu Minghua will retire from his position as a Non-Executive Director in accordance with the company's by-laws. He has decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 9, 2026, as he intends to dedicate more time to his other personal affairs. Consequently, Mr. Wu will cease to serve as a Non-Executive Director effective upon the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Following his retirement, he will also step down from his roles as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from the same date.
