CR CONSTRUCTION (01582) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction Limited, has signed a letter of acceptance for a major construction works contract awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The contract, valued at approximately HK$1.43 billion, is for a public housing development project in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong. Under the agreement, the group will serve as the main contractor responsible for building construction works. The project is currently expected to commence in April 2026.
