WUXI LIFE (ASX: 08148) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Qizhi Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a lease agreement. The agreement was signed on August 1, 2025, with the property owner, Dongguan Hongzhisheng Industrial Investment Co., Ltd.

The subsidiary, as the tenant, has agreed to lease the property for a period of 87 months, commencing on August 1, 2025, and concluding on October 31, 2032, inclusive of both dates.

The leased premises are located at Room 2101, 21st Floor, Building 50, No. 2 Keshilu, Songshan Lake High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.

The property will be utilized as office space for the operation of the group's product sales business division.

The company's directors believe that leasing this property is necessary for the operation and further development of this business segment. It is also expected to provide the group with a stable operational base to support its expansion plans.
