The increase follows a recent announcement from GENSCRIPT BIO. Its associated company, Legend Biotech Corporation, submitted a Form 6-K to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and issued a press release on May 21, 2026 (prior to the Hong Kong trading session on May 22, 2026). The release announced the presentation of multiple research findings at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.

Among the presentations, a rapid oral session will highlight preliminary Phase 1 clinical data for LB2102. This is an investigational DLL3-targeted CAR-T therapy for the treatment of relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC). Additionally, new data for CARVYKTI® (cilta-cel) will be presented.
