China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited announced that its English and Chinese 2026 Interim Report is now available on both the corporate website (www.mengniuir.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders who have opted for hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions by mail and may request additional copies free of charge through the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-conservation initiative effective 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07A), Mengniu Dairy has formally adopted an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing routine postal distribution.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed materials must submit a completed reply form or email mengniudairy.ecom@computershare.com.hk, providing name, postal address and the specific request. Otherwise, investors are advised to supply a functional email address to their brokerage or custodian intermediaries to ensure timely notification when documents are published; failure to do so may necessitate manually checking the Company and HKEXnews websites for updates.
