Coastal GL (01124) announced that Ms. Tong Xinhua has resigned from her position as an executive director, effective May 22, 2026, due to family commitments (caring for family members). Following her resignation, Ms. Tong will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board's Investment Committee, or as a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
