Far East Hospitality Trust said on Sep, 15 2025 that Stapled Securityholders will receive a cumulative distribution of 2.25 Singapore cents per Stapled Security for the period from Jan, 01 2025 to Aug, 19 2025.

The payout consists of 1.78 Singapore cents from the first-half FY25 distribution and an advanced distribution of 0.47 Singapore cents. It is made up of a 1.98-cent taxable income component and a 0.27-cent other gains component.

Holders whose Central Depository accounts are credited with Stapled Securities as of 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 07 2025 will be entitled to the distribution, which will be paid on Sep, 25 2025. The Earn-out Stapled Securities issued after Aug, 19 2025 are not eligible for this payout.

The next distribution will cover income earned from Aug, 20 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, after which the trust will resume semi-annual distributions.
